HOW IS IT DONE ?
You simply need to provide us with the following:
For the Biography Page:
1. a single RTF (rich text format) document with your complete spell-checked final biography (all corrections will incur an additional fee). If you have a personal website, please make sure to include the address in the document you submit.
2. an 8 ½ by 11 headshot as a JPEG at 300DPI (you can also provide us with a printed version of the headshot which we will scan for an additional fee of $20 by sending it to One Soul Group, LLC 15 East 31 st Street, 6 th Floor NYC, NY 10016)
For the Resume Page:
1. A table of all listings for the resume page in 3 columns as an RTF document. The three column titles may vary depending upon the types of listings you have. So, make sure to provide us with the correct titles the way you would like them to appear, according to the different sections (for example: opera, oratorio, orchestral, symphonic, etc.)
For the Press Page:
1. an RTF document with all press quotes (and credits for those quotes) in the order and formatted the way you would like them to appear on the website.
For the Management Page:
1. an RTF document with management contact information including the following:
i. Agency (company name) and website address
ii. Representative (agent name)
iii. Address
iv. City, State
v. Zip code
vi. Country
vii. Phone number
viii. E-mail address of the agent
Attention: If you do not currently have representation, the management link will act as an e-mail link to contact you directly, so be sure to submit your contact e-mail address if you are without management.
For the Photos/mp3 Page:
1. Up to 6 images of live performance as JPEGs at a resolution of 72DPI with a maximum size of 290 pixels tall and 290 pixels wide.
2. Up to 5 mp3s at 96Kbps to be streamed on the site. If you are not able to provide mp3s, you may submit an audio CD and we will encode the files for an additional flat fee of $25. Make sure that you submit the titles of the tracks the way that they should be displayed on the MP3 player and also, the order in which they should be played.
For the Upcoming Events Page:
1. RTF document with up to 20 upcoming events with the following:
i. The date
ii. The location
iii. A maximum of 4 lines of text per entry including any comments you wish to share about the performance.
Additional Option - Video Page:
You must provide an MPEG1, MPEG2, QuickTime, or AVI file (MPEG1 is the best) of the video. We cannot accept DIVX or MPEG4 video formats. The submitted video must adhere to the following specifications:
1. Resolution/Image Size: 352x240
2. IPS (images per second): 23IPS
3. Audio: 44kbps Stereo MP3
4. Maximum length: 3 minutes
